Confidentiality
Extract from Article 10 of the service contract signed between DAFEO and client :
10.1 The Consultant hereby agrees to treat as confidential and within the scope of professional secrecy is required, the information of all kinds relating in particular to the Company's business, its organization and its staff that the execution of his mission to bring about.
It undertakes not to disclose such confidential information to anyone without the prior express consent of the Company and, in any event, to respect this confidentiality clause as long as such information will not have been brought to the knowledge of third parties by the Company itself.
